基于SPS的负压汽化过程控制与分析

摘要 在大落差长输管道中发生意外停泵、泵站停电、阀门关闭等事故时会向上游传递增压波、向下游传递减压波,而承受负压波的高点可能会产生负压汽化,此过程产生的气相会影响管道的正常运行,且增大全线运行控制的难度。利用SPS软件对某成品油管道中间站意外事故工况所引起的高点负压汽化进行详细分析,根据SPS软件中的汽化模型计算的结果判断泵站意外停泵时产生汽化对管道与泵的具体影响,针对其实际情况提出并比较了应对方案的优缺点,且对原中间泵站停输方案进行了优化。通过SPS仿真软件验证表明,最终建议的最优方案合理可靠,对管道安全运行具有一定的指导意义。 In the event of accidental pump shutdown, pump station power failure, valve closing and other accidents in the long distance pipelines with high elevation difference, the booster wave will be transmitted upstream and the decompression wave will be transmitted downstream, and the gas phase generated by this process will affect the normal operation of the pipeline and increase the difficulty of full- line operation control. SPS software is used to analyze the negative pressure vaporization at high points caused by the accident condition of a product oil pipeline's intermediate station. According to the calculation results of the vaporization model in the SPS software, the specific influence of vaporization on the pipeline and the pump when the pump station stops accidentally is judged, the advantages and disadvantages of the countermeasure scheme are proposed and compared according to the actual situation, and the original shutdown scheme of the intermediate pump station is optimized. The SPS simulation proves that the optimal solution proposed finally is reasonable and reliable, and has certain guiding significance for the safe operation of pipelines.
