基于ETAP的LNG接收站配电系统谐波分析与治理

摘要 LNG接收站生产过程连续性强,对电源可靠性及质量要求严格。针对UPS、EPS等可控硅变流设备产生谐波的电能质量问题,阐述谐波控制的限值参数及治理方案,结合LNG接收站实际工程设计,利用ETAP软件对其配电系统建立模型和谐波分析。设定谐波源及各母线限值,提出分析方法和步骤,添加谐波源主要分量次数对应的单调滤波器,并依据系统潮流参数计算滤波器容量,通过对比谐波治理前后的限值参数和波形视图,验证了分析方法的实用性和治理的有效性。 The production process of LNG terminal has strong continuity and strict requirement on power supply reliability and quality. Against the power quality problem of harmonics production caused by thyristor converter equipment such as UPS and EPS, the limiting value parameter and treatment scheme of harmonic control are set forth. Combined with the actual engineering design of LNG terminal, ETAP software is used to establish the model and analyze the harmonic for the distribution system. The harmonic source and limit parameters of each bus are set, and analysis methods and procedures are presented. The monotonic filter correspond with the times of harmonic source main components is added, and the capacity of the filter is calculated according to system load flow parameters. By comparing the limiting value parameters and waveform plots before and after harmonic treatment,the practicability of analysis method and the effectiveness of treatment are verified.
