摘要 产气性能的提升是有机废物厌氧发酵研究和工程应用的热点与难点。近年来,越来越多的研究表明导电材料的添加能够有效提升有机废物厌氧发酵性能,增加甲烷产率。基于此,概述了添加导电材料对有机废物厌氧发酵体系产甲烷的提升效果,从导电材料理化特性和厌氧发酵微生物代谢活动方面综述了其潜在的提升机制,论述了导电材料对发酵功能微生物种群活性分布以及互营代谢的影响,并阐述了目前该研究成果应用于实际工程所面临的困境及未来的研究方向。 The improvement of biogas production performance is a hotspot and a difficult point in the research and engineering application of organic waste anaerobic fermentation. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the addition of conductive materials can effectively improve the anaerobic fermentation performance of organic waste and increase the yield of methane. Therefore, the effect of adding conductive materials on the methane production of organic waste anaerobic fermentation system was summarized, and then its potential improvement mechanism from the physicochemical properties of conductive materials and anaerobic fermentation microbial metabolic activities was reviewed. The effects on the distribution of microbial populations and the mutual metabolism of fermented functional groups were discussed, and the dilemma and future research directions of the current research results applied to practical engineering were indicated.
