张家口市生活垃圾处理设施布局探讨与分析

Discussion and Analysis on Layout of Domestic Waste Treatment Facilities in Zhangjiakou

基于对张家口市域的科学分区及分析,提出适用于张家口市实际情况、具有科学性和可操作性的生活垃圾处理设施布局方案,并明确了各片区的处理技术路线。建议在中部片区和东部片区建设循环经济产业园区,打破传统生活垃圾单一处理模式,探索以园区形式将各类城市固体废弃物进行集中处理,而北部片区和南部片区采用分散处理模式,为张家口市城乡垃圾管理系统、规范、有序地开展工作提供了科学指导,极大地提升张家口市生活垃圾资源化利用能力、减量化处理效果和无害化处理水平,可有力保障2022年冬奥会的顺利实施,实现张家口市城乡生活垃圾处理系统与社会经济的协调发展。

Based on the scientific division and analysis of Zhangjiakou, the scientific and operable layout scheme of domestic waste treatment facilities was put forward, which was applicable to the actual situation of Zhangjiakou, and the treatment technology route of each area was cleared. It was suggested to build circular economy industrial parks in the central and eastern regions, which would break the traditional single-treatment mode of domestic garbage and explore the centralized treatment of all kinds of municipal solid waste in the parks. Meanwhile, the decentralized treatment mode was adopted in the northern and southern regions, which provided scientific guidance for Zhangjiakou's urban and rural waste management to carry out work in a systematic, standardized and orderly manner. It greatly promoted the resource utilization ability, reduction treatment effect and innocuous treatment level of domestic garbage in Zhangjiakou, which could effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of the 2022 Winter Olympics and realize the coordinated development between urban and rural household garbage disposal system and the social economy in Zhangjiakou.
