社会信用生态环境对战略新兴产业发展的支持研究——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

Study on the Support of Social Credit Ecological Environment for the Development of Strategic Emerging Industries: A Case Study of Bengbu,Anhui Province

建立社会信用体系是保持国民经济持续、稳定增长的需要,良好的社会信用环境有利于建立有序的经济金融关系。安徽省蚌埠市信用生态环境在促进战略新兴产业快速发展的同时,存在信用立法滞后、部门合作领域小、联合惩戒范围较窄等问题。运用DEA明,信用生态环境对蚌埠市战略新兴产业发展的支持作用不断增大。因此,应健全信用法律框架,完善信息共享工作机制,加大社会信用生态环境对战略新兴产业的支持力度。

It is the need of maintaining a sustainable, stable economic growth to establish a social credit system and a good social credit environment is conducive to establishing an orderly economic and financial relationship.Despite the role of Bengbu’s social credit ecological environment in promoting the rapid development of strategic emerging industries, problems such as the lagging of legislation on credit, the smallness of departmental cooperation areas, and the narrowness of joint punishment coverage, etc. exist. This article conducts an empirical analysis of the support of credit ecological environment in Bengbu for the development of strategic emerging industries by making use of the EDA model and the analysis demonstrates that credit ecological environment plays an increasingly supporting role in promoting the development of Bengbu’s strategic emerging industries. Thus, the government should perfect the legal framework, improve the working mechanism of information sharing and strengthen the role of social credit ecological environment in supporting the development of strategic emerging industries.
