摘要
基于静电纺丝技术,利用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与配合物[Ag_3(D-asp)_2(NO_3)]_n·nH_2O制备出了具有优良抑菌性能的金属有机薄膜.利用SEM、PXRD、TGA、荧光光谱分析、紫外-可见分光光谱仪对金属有机薄膜的结构及基本性能进行表征.结果表明,该薄膜表现出高达380℃的热稳定性、光稳定性及其时间稳定性且在345 nm处具有蓝色的荧光发射;利用抑菌圈法及生长曲线法得出其对铜绿假单胞杆菌与大肠杆菌具有优良抑菌活性,且对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性优于铜绿假单胞杆菌.
An metal organic framework composite membrane,Ag-MOF@PVP,based on metal organic framework[Ag3(D-asp)2(NO3)]n·Nh2o and polyvinylpyrrolidone was synthesized via electrospinning technology,which is characterized by SEM,PXRD,TGA,UV-Vis and fluorescence.These analyses show that composite film has high thermal stability up to 380℃,light stability and the excellent luminescence property.Through inhibition zone method and the growth inhibition assay,Ag-MOF@PVP was proved to obtain excellent antibacterial activity against E.coli,P.aeruginosa.
