摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Si基板上制备了Y_(1-x)Dy_xMnO_3(x=0.0~0.5)磁性薄膜,并对薄膜的微观结构和磁性能进行表征和测试.结果表明:Y_(1-x)Dy_xMnO_3薄膜的晶体结构为六方结构,空间点群为P6_3cm.Dy^(3+)掺杂进入到的YMnO_3晶胞结构中,使晶胞参数增大,结构发生畸变,改变了MnO_5与Y^(3+)的连接方式,从而诱导Y-Mn键角发生改变致其自旋结构的倾斜度增加,提升磁性能,Y_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)MnO_3薄膜的饱和磁化强度值Ms为2.58 emu/cm^3,比YMnO_3薄膜的饱和磁化强度值提高了2.8倍.高电场下的F-N机制影响了薄膜表面电荷对D-M的贡献作用,最终使自旋倾斜程度改善,薄膜磁性能提高.
Y1-xDyxMnO3(x=0.0-0.5)magnetic films were prepared on Pt/Si substrates by sol-gel method,and the microstructure and magnetic properties of the films were characterized and tested.The results show that the crystal structure of Y1-xDyxMnO3 film is hexagonal and the space point group is P6 3cm.Dy^3+is doped into the structure of YMnO3 unit cell,which increases the unit cell parameters,distorts the structure,changes the connection mode of MnO5 and Y^3+,and induces the change of Y-Mn bond angle to increase the slope of its spin structure.To improve the magnetic properties,the saturation magnetization value of the Y0.5Dy0.5MnO3 film is 2.58 emu/cm^3,which is 2.8 times higher than the saturation magnetization value of the YMnO3 film.The F-N mechanism under high electric field affects the contribution of the surface charge of the film to D-M,and finally the spin tilt degree is improved and the magnetic properties of the film are improved.
