摘要
研究了掺入旧沥青的改性沥青的性能,确定了混融再生沥青的变化趋势。实验研究了再生剂和表面活性剂型温拌剂的掺入对于混融再生沥青的影响。分析了温拌再生沥青混合料的马歇尔试验特性。试验表明:温拌剂可以显著降低搅拌压实温度;同时再生剂可以很好地提高混融再生沥青的针入度和延度指标;在40%的旧料掺量下,温拌再生沥青混合料的压实特性不随旧料的提高而变化。
The performance of modified asphalt blended with old asphalt has been studied,and the trend of recycled asphalt has been determined.The effects of regenerates and warming agents(surface active agent)on recycled asphalt have been investigated with experiments.And the Marshall Test characteristics of the warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture have been analyzed.Research experiments have shown that the warming agent could significantly reduce the stirring and compaction temperature.At the same time,the regenerate could improve the penetration and elongation index of recycled asphalt.Under 40%of the RAP,the compaction characteristics of the warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture will not change with the increase of RAP.
