厂拌热再生施工技术在汕揭高速公路中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 依托G78汕昆高速公路汕揭段(汕头~揭阳)沥青路面车辙病害处治工程,进行厂拌热再生技术沥青罩面工程的应用研究。经试验段性能检测发现,即使采用针入度较低、老化程度较高的旧料RAP,在保证其集料密度不产生异变的前提下,经过配合比设计仍然可以满足高速公路的路用性能要求。主要对沥青路面厂拌热再生技术应用过程中混合料配合比设计要点以及相关需要注意的问题进行介绍。 In this paper,being relied on the rutting treatment project of the asphalt pavement in Shanjie Section of G78 Shantou-Kunming Expressway(Shantou-Jieyang),the application research of the plant mixing hot regeneration technology in the asphalt overlay project has been carried out.The test results have shown that even if the old material RAP with lower penetration and higher aging degree is used,under the premise of ensuring that the aggregate density does not change,the mix design can still meet the road performance requirements of the expressway.In this paper,the key points of mix proportion design in the application of hot mix recycling technology of asphalt pavement and related problems needing attention have mainly been introduced.
