超粘磨耗层在西二环南段桥面的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的微表处技术存在路表脱落、掉料、麻面等现象及平整度差、噪音大、行车舒适性差等问题,开展了更粘、更弹、更平整、噪音更小的超粘磨耗层在广州绕城公路西二环南段桥面抗滑专项处置工程中的应用研究。通过对原材料技术要求、级配范围、混合料技术要求及施工要点进行阐述,并与传统的微表处对比,表明超粘磨耗层与原路面粘结更强、平整度更好、更耐久密实、噪音更小。 In order to solve the problems of traditional micro-surface treatment technology,such as road surface falling off,material falling off,surface roughness and so on,as well as the problems of poor flatness,high noise and poor driving comfort,in this paper,the application research on more viscous,more elastic,more flat and less noise ultra-viscous abrasion layer in the special anti-slip disposal project of bridge deck in the Southern Section of the Western 2nd Ring Expressway of Guangzhou Ring Expressway has been carried out.By expounding the technical requirements of raw materials,gradation range,mixing technical requirements and construction points,and being compared with the traditional micro-surface,it has shown that the super-adhesive abrasion layer has stronger adhesion with the original road surface,better flatness,more durability and compactness,and less noise.
