金融排斥抑制了农业科技的发展,文章分析了农业科技金融发展的理论演进:农业信贷补贴理论、农村金融市场理论、不完全竞争市场理论,然后分析了农业科技金融支持的国际经验:美国多元化农业科技金融、德日银行主导的农业科技金融、韩以政策性金融,最后构建了多层次的农业科技金融支持体系。

The agricultural technology show financial exclusion.This paper analyzes agricultural technology finance theoretical evolution,which is agricultural credit subsidy theory,rural financial market theory,incomplete competitive market theory.Then,This paper analyzes international experience,which is diversified agricultural technology and finance in United States,Agricultural technology and finance led by bank in German-Japanese,policy finance in Korea-Israel.Finally,the paper puts forward measures to solve the agricultural technology finance exclusion.
