浙江省生态文明建设的经验和启示

浙江省的生态文明建设发展状况以及取得的突出成就表明,生态文明建设是能与经济建设相协调的。经过多年探索,浙江省在生态文明建设方面探索出了许多成功的举措:建立国家公园体制、加强对人民群众的宣传教育、将生态建设与民生建设有机结合、转变经济发展方式、利用市场机制调节资源配置。但也存在着部分生态文明制度没有在全省内彻底落实、环境监管方面存在缺陷的问题。这些经验不仅对浙江省今后的发展具有很强的指导意义,对其他地区的生态文明建设也具有很强的借鉴意义。深入推广浙江省的生态文明建设经验有利于推进“美丽中国”建设。

The development status and outstanding achievements of ecological civilization construction in Zhejiang Province show that the construction of ecological civilization can be coordinated with economic construction.After years of exploration,Zhejiang Province has explored many successful measures in the construction of ecological civilization:establishing a national park system,strengthening publicity and education for the people,organically integrating ecological construction with people's livelihood construction,transforming the mode of economic development,and adjusting the allocation of resources by using market mechanism.But there are also some problems in the system of ecological civilization,such as the lack of thorough implementation in the whole province and the shortcomings in environmental supervision.These experiences not only have a strong guiding significance for the future development of Zhejiang Province,but also have a strong reference significance for the construction of ecological civilization in other regions.Promoting the experience of ecological civilization construction in Zhejiang Province is conducive to promoting the construction of"Beautiful Country".
