Forty Years Since Reform and Opening-up and the Political Development Path of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics——Besed on the Three Dimensions of Process,Achievement and Basic Experiences

改革开放四十年来,中国人民在中国共产党的领导下逐步找到一条适合国情的社会主义政治发展道路。其发展历程分为初步探索、维护稳定、稳步前进和进入新时代四个阶段。四十年来中国政治发展的成就巨大,包括七个方面:政治理论丰富,政治稳定,政治制度逐步健全,政治参与有序扩大,党的执政能力显著增强,政治文化快速发展,法治建设成就非凡。中国政治发展的基本经验有五方面。必须坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的三者统一是最重要最关键的基本经验。必须立足中国国情,坚持社会主义的前进方向。必须坚持理论创新,解放思想实事求是,与时俱进,开拓创新。必须积极稳妥地推进中国政治体制改革,坚持正确的政治发展战略。必须将中国的政治发展纳入到中国特色社会主义四个全面和五位一体的战略布局中加以统筹考虑。认真总结改革开放四十年的历程、成就和基本经验,对于新时代坚定中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,继续推进政治体制改革,具有极其重大的意义。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the Chinese people have gradually found a socialist political development path that is suitable for the national conditions under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The process of development is divided into four stages:preliminary exploration,maintenance,advance and entry into the new era.During the past 40 years,Chinese political development has achieved great achievements,including seven aspects:rich political theory,political stability,gradual improvement of the political system,orderly expansion of political participation,marked enhancement of the ruling ability of the Party,and rapid development of political culture.The construction of the rule of law has made remarkable achievements.There are five basic experiences in Chinese political development.It is the most important and key basic experience to adhere to the leadership of the Party,the unity of the people being the masters of the country and governing the country according to law.We must base ourselves on Chinese national conditions and adhere to the direction of socialism.We must adhere to the theoretical innovation,emancipate the mind to seek truth from facts,keep pace with the times,explore and innovate We must push forward the reform of Chinese political system and adhere to the correct strategy of political development.Chinese political development must be integrated into the four all-round and five-in-one strategic layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
