农产品资源的地理标志保护现状与发展对策——以河北保定白洋淀鸭蛋为例

2018年中央一号文件提出,实施质量兴农战略,培育农产品品牌,保护地理标志农产品。地理标志的广泛使用,推动了我国农业的产业化和现代化,在促进农村经济增长和增加农民收入方面也取得了重大成效。地理标志已为众多地区的产品带来了巨大效益,但还有一些地区在地理标志的使用上还存在一些问题,本文分析了河北保定白洋淀咸鸭蛋的地理标志保护现状并进行总结,找出了可能导致这些问题出现的原因,并针对这些原因提出了相关的解决对策。

The No.1 Document of the Central Committee of 2018 proposes to implement a quality agriculture strategy, cultivate agricultural product brands, and protect geographical indication agricultural products. The widespread use of geographical indications has promoted the industrialization and modernization of China’s agriculture, and has also achieved significant results in promoting rural economic growth and increasing farmers' income. Geographical indications have brought great benefits to products in many regions, but there are still some problems in the use of geographical indications in some areas. This paper analyzes the status quo of geographical indication protection of Baiyangdian salted duck eggs in Baoding, Hebei Province, and summarizes them. The causes of these problems may arise, and related solutions are proposed for these reasons.
