The Application of Blockchain in Securities and Futures Markets

区块链作为创新金融科技被写入中、美等大国的国家战略。当前,无论是在众筹、数字货币等互联网金融创新,还是在穿透式监管、数字化转型等领域,区块链正逐步成为关键底层基础设施。文章在概述关键金融机构探索、布局和经验总结的基础上,结合证券期货领域的特点,对我国资本市场推进区块链技术的实践提出建议,以供参考。

Blockchain, as an innovative financial technology, has been written into the national strategy of both China and the United States. At present, the blockchain is steadily becoming a key underlying infrastructure either in internet financial innovations such as crowdfunding and digital currencies, or in the penetrating supervision and the digital transformation. This paper offers suggestions for the advancement of blockchain technology in China's capital market based on the review of the exploration, deployment and experiences of blockchain application of major financial institutions, in combination with the characteristics of the securities and futures markets.
