摘要
尽管清政府被迫下诏变法并且没有得到真正的实施,但清末修律这场声势浩大的运动却成为了中国法制现代化的开端,促进了中国法制向近代化转型,对中国法律文化产生了深远的影响。
Although the qing government was forced to reform the law and it was not really implemented, the vigorous legal reform in the late Qing Dynasty became the beginning of the modernization of Chinese legal system, which promoted the transition of Chinese legal system to modernization and had a profound impact on Chinese legal culture.
