摘要
目的探讨磁共振功能成像(DWI、ADC、DE-MRI)在前列腺癌内分泌治疗中的疗效。方法收集病理学证实的30例PCa的临床和影像学资料,测量治疗前后癌区的ADC值及患者血清PSA水平,对治疗前后ADC值和血清PSA水平间的差异进行统计学分析,并探讨治疗前后ADC值变化与PSA值变化间的相关性。结果 30例PCa患者癌区的ADC值较治疗后有所升高,PSA值较治疗前显著降低,治疗前后相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者癌区ADC值和PSA值相关系数为-0.295,P值为0.076,通过Spearman相关分析得出,治疗前后癌区ADC值的变化情况与PSA水平值变化之间无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ADC值在PCa内分泌治疗效果监测中尤为重要,ADC值可以作为PSA监测PCa的一种非常重要的补充性指标,并且ADC值在PCa内分泌治疗临床效果的评价和监测过程中存在较大的作用,PCa患者接受内分泌治疗方案之前与之后,ADC值和PSA值的改变之前并不存在明显的相关性。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of magnetic resonance functional imaging (DWI,ADC,DE-MRI) in endocrine therapy of prostate cancer.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 30 cases of PCa confirmed by pathology were collected, and the ADC values and serum PSA levels were measured before and after treatment.The difference of ADC value and serum PSA level before and after treatment were analyzed statistically, and the correlation between ADC value and PSA value before and after treatment was discussed.Results:The ADC value in cancer area of 30 patients with PCa was higher than that after treatment, and the PSA value was significantly lower than that before and after treatment, and the difference was significant before and after treatment.There was significant difference ( P <0.05).The correlation coefficient between ADC and PSA was-0.295( P =0.076).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the changes of ADC and PSA levels before and after treatment( P >0.05).Conclusion:ADC value is very important in monitoring the effect of PCa endocrine therapy, ADC value can be used as a very important supplementary index for PSA monitoring PCa, and ADC value plays an important role in evaluating and monitoring the clinical effect of PCa endocrine therapy.There was no significant correlation between ADC and PSA before and after endocrine therapy in patients with PCa.
