VSD负压引流对感染性糖尿病足的临床疗效研究

Clinical study of VSD negative pressure drainage in treating infectious diabetic foot

目的探讨VSD负压引流对感染性糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2018年4月间泰山医学院附属医院所接收的50例糖尿病足患者作为研究病例。病例纳入标准为久治难愈糖尿病足、腔道引流受阻患者以及病足伤口宽度>2cm,长度>3cm的糖尿病足患者。患者具有完整的足背动脉,无骨髓炎症病史。所有入选病例均自愿参与本次调查,平均随机分为实验组和对照组。其中,对照组病例依照湿性换药的技术手段由专业医护人员参与诊疗;实验组病例采用的治疗手段为VSD负压引流技术。结果采用SPSS软件卡方检验法对两组患者诊疗效果进行统计学分析,结果显示,采用VSD负压引流技术可以明显提高糖尿病足的诊疗效果,P值<0.05表明对比分析具有统计学意义。结论 VSD负压引流技术可明显提高糖尿病足治疗效果,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of VSD negative pressure drainage in the treatment of infective diabetic foot.Methods: Fifty diabetic foot patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital OF Taishan Medical University from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study cases.The criteria for inclusion were long-term treatment of refractory diabetic foot, obstructed drainage of the lumen and patients with diabetic foot whose wound width was greater than 2 cm and length was longer than 3 cm.The patient had complete dorsal artery and no history of bone marrow inflammation.All selected cases were voluntarily involved in the survey, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Among them, the control group cases were diagnosed and treated by professional medical staff according to the wet dressing change technology;the experimental group cases were treated by VSD negative pressure drainage technology.Results Using SPSS software chi-square test method for statistical analysis of two groups of patients with diabetic foot, the results showed that the use of VSD negative pressure drainage technology can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot, P value less than 0.05 showed that the comparative analysis of statistical significance.Conclusion VSD negative pressure drainage technique can significantly improve the treatment effect of diabetic foot, and has a certain clinical value.
