品管圈对胃肠减压有效引流率的影响

Efects of quality control cirle in gastrointestinal decompression effective drainage rate

目的探讨品管圈活动在保持胃肠减压有效引流率中的作用。方法以QCC小组的形式探讨胃肠减压有效引流率解决临床工作中的相关问题,同时提升患者的满意度。结果以QCC小组的形式实施,根据目的制定完善的实施步骤,明显提高一次性置管率和胃肠减压的有效引流率。结论品管圈活动在保持胃肠减压有效引流率中作用显著。

Objective:To discuss the function of Quality Control Circle in keeping the effective drainage rate of gastrointestinal decompression.Methods: To solve relevant problems of the clinical works and promote patient’s degree of satisfaction with the form of QCC group.Results: Drew up completed implementation steps according to the goal and executed with the form of QCC group could raise disposable intubation rate and the effective drainage rate of gastrointestinal decompression.Conclusions:The function of QCC is most significant in keeping the effective drainage rate of gastrointestinal decompression.
