互动式护理干预联合管状吻合器结肠造口对Miles术后患者生活质量影响的研究

Effect of interactive nursing intervention combined with tube stapler colostomy on quality of life of Miles postoperative patients

目的采用互动式护理干预与管状吻合器结肠造口二者联合对Miles术后患者生活质量影响进行研究,探讨提高结肠造口患者生活质量的有效护理干预模式。方法选取符合标准的Miles术后患者137例,观察组采用互动式护理方法对管状吻合器结肠造口的Miles术后患者生活质量进行干预,对照组采用传统护理方法对管状吻合器结肠造口的Miles术后患者生活质量进行干预。干预1年后对两组患者的生活质量进行比较。结果互动式护理干预联合管状吻合器结肠造口降低了Miles术后患者造口并发症的发生率,提高了患者参加社会活动的发生率,并且还减少了患者造口相关医疗费用的发生率,从不同的维度提高了Miles术后造口患者的生活质量,减轻了患者及其家庭的经济负担和社会负担。结论互动式护理干预联合管状吻合器结肠造口为Miles术后患者生活质量的提高提供了一项有效的护理干预措施,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective:To study the effect of interactive nursing intervention combined with tubular stapler colostomy on the quality of life of patients after Miles operation, and to explore an effective nursing intervention mode to improve the quality of life of patients with colostomy.Methods:137 Miles patients who met the criteria were selected.The quality of life of Miles patients after colostomy with tubular stapler was intervened by interactive nursing method in the observation group, while that of Miles patients after colostomy with tubular stapler was intervened by traditional nursing method in the control group.After one year of intervention, the quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results:Interactive nursing intervention combined with tubular stapler colostomy reduced the incidence of stoma complications after Miles operation, increased the incidence of patients participating in social activities, and also reduced the incidence of stoma-related medical costs, improved the quality of life of patients after Miles operation from different dimensions, and reduced the economic burden and social burden of patients and their families.It will bear the burden.Conclusion:Interactive nursing intervention combined with tubular stapler colostomy provides an effective nursing intervention for improving the quality of life of patients after Miles operation, and has the value of clinical promotion.
