脑肿瘤患者手术治疗前后BMR改变及血清CRP水平在预后评估中的价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 分析脑肿瘤患者手术前后基础代谢率(BMR)改变及血清CRP水平在预后评估中的价值;研究选取我院收治的接受手术治疗的脑肿瘤患者进行研究分析,使用SPSS20.0分析数据。d0时刻和d30时刻不同BMR等级人数的构成比、血清CRP水平、循环系统评分、泌尿系统评分、神经系统评分、躯体功能评分、认知功能评分、情绪功能评分及社会功能评分均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);联合监测脑肿瘤患者BMR、血清CRP对预后状况评估的ROC曲线下面积为0.811。提示BMR偏低以及血清CPR水平偏高的群体总体上的预后效果不佳;另一方面联合监测脑肿瘤患者BMR、血清CRP对患者的预后状况具有较为优质的评估价值。 To analyze the value of BMR changes and serum CRP levels in patients with brain tumors before and after surgery. The study selected patients with brain tumors who underwent surgery in our hospital, using SPSS20.0 to analyze the data. There were statistical differences in the composition ratio, serum CRP level, circulatory system score, urinary system score, nervous system score, physical function score, cognitive function score, emotional function score and social function score of different BMR grades at d0 and d30.( P <0.05);the area under the ROC curve for the evaluation of prognosis of BMR and serum CRP in patients with brain tumors was 0.811. It is suggested that the overall prognosis of patients with low BMR and high serum CPR levels is not good. On the other hand, the combined monitoring of BMR and serum CRP in patients with brain tumors has a good evaluation value for patients.
