摘要
为了减少企业的碳排放,实现制造企业低碳生产的目标,运用SCOR(Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model)标准供应链模型对供应链上产品的碳足迹进行界定,使用Protégé本体构建工具,采用七步法对产品碳足迹进行本体构建,解决了供应链上产品碳足迹概念的零散化问题;采用生命周期评价(LCA)法,从采购、生产、运输、使用、回收5个阶段对产品的碳足迹进行核算,从产品碳足迹本体中获取各阶段能量损耗数据,建立产品全生命周期的碳足迹计算模型,并将其应用于发动机缸体的碳足迹计算和本体构建.
In order to effectively reduce the carbon emissions of enterprises and achieve the goal of low carbon production in manufacturing enterprises,the SCOR standard supply chain model is used to define the carbon footprint concept of products in the supply chain,constructs the ontology of carbon footprint of products by using protégé ontology construction tool and seven-step method,and solves the problem of fragmentation of the product carbon footprint concept in the supply chain.Life cycle assessment (LCA) method is used to calculate the carbon footprint of products from five stages: purchasing,production,transportation,use and recycling.Energy consumption data are obtained from the product carbon footprint ontology library,and the carbon footprint calculation model of product life cycle is established.Finally,the paper applies the theory to the calculation of carbon footprint of engine cylinder block and the ontology construction,and shows that the proposed feasibility theory.
