摘要
以苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(SAN/PMMA)共混物为研究对象,考察了SAN和甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(MBS)改变对共混物力学性能、光学性能和微观结构的影响。研究结果表明:SAN的添加可以显著改变合金材料的性能,其加入量在20~25份时,综合性能最佳。MBS可以显著提高PMMA合金的冲击强度,但随着添加量的提高,光泽度也会下降。
The effects of SAN and MBS changes on the mechanical properties, optical properties and microstructures of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer/polymethyl methacrylate (SAN/PMMA) blends are investigated. The results show that the addition of SAN can significantly change the properties of alloy materials. When the dosage is 20 to 25 phr, the comprehensive performance is the best. MBS can significantly improve the impact strength of PMMA alloy, but with the increase of the addition amount, the glossiness will also decrease.
