浅谈PVC片材中“鱼眼”的解决方法

A brief talk on the solution of "fisheye" in PVC sheets

对PVC片材中的"鱼眼"或晶点进行研究。为方便对片材中晶点的研究,本文根据处理片材时,所遇到的晶点种类,将片材中晶点进行分类,主要分为三类,一类是形状规整的,近似圆形的,没有拖带痕迹的晶点;另一类是形状不规整,有拖带痕迹的晶点;第三类是形状不规整的黑色晶点。按照不同分类,找到晶点出现的原因,并根据原因寻找出解决方案。本文产生晶点的原因,一个是原料原因,黄色杂质较多,导致片材中圆形黄点较多;一个是加工配方原因,配方的耐热性变差,导致片材产品中出现不规则、有拖带痕迹的晶点。另一种原因是加工时外来引进的杂质,主要跟生产的工艺条件有关系。

In this paper, the fisheye of PVC sheet was studied. In order to facilitate the study of fisheyes in sheets, this paper classifies the fisheyes in sheets according to the types of fisheyes encountered in the treatment of sheets, which are mainly divided into three categories: one is regular, nearly circular, without traces;the other is irregular, with traces;the third is irregular black fisheyes. According to different classifications, this paper finds out the causes of fisheye, and finds out the solutions according to the causes. The reason of fisheye in this paper is that there are many yellow impurities in raw materials, which lead to more circular yellow spots in the sheet. The reason of processing formula is that the heat resistance of formula is poor, which leads to irregular and trailing fisheyes in sheet products. Another reason is that the imported impurities during processing are mainly related to the technological conditions of production.
