摘要 为解决小型水域下人工垃圾清理效率低、劳动量大而垃圾清理船结构复杂、地形适应性低的问题,该文设计了一种旋涡式水面垃圾清理装置及其远程监控系统。设计由基于STM32单片机的垃圾收集装置、云端服务器和Android移动智能应用构成。清理装置产生旋涡并卷入周围垃圾进行垃圾的收集与清理,监控系统依托互联网实现装置远程的监控。测试表明,该装置能够较好适应小型水域特点对水面垃圾进行有效清理,同时可通过移动终端实时监控装置状态。这对水面垃圾清理装置及其控制系统的研制具有一定的参考价值。 A vortex water surface garbage cleaning system including a device and a remote monitoring application is designed to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual garbage cleaning,large labor,complex structures of garbage cleaning ships and low adaptability of garbage disposal vessels in small water areas. The system consists of a garbage collection device based on STM32F103 microprocessor,a cloud server and an Android application. The cleaning device generates a whirlpool to get the surrounding garbage for garbage collection and cleaning. The monitoring system realizes remote monitoring through the Internet. Experiments and tests show that the system can adapt to the characteristics of small water areas to clean up surface garbage effectively,and can monitor the status of the device in real time through the mobile terminal. The result has certain reference value for the development of water surface garbage cleaning device and its control system.
