摘要
由于工业自动化的普及,传感器的地位日益突出。LVDT是液压系统的常用部件之一,由于传统设计制造的局限性,无法在短时间内设计制造出高灵敏度传感器。电磁仿真软件Maxwell的出现很好地解决了这个问题,该文对影响LVDT传感器的初、次级线圈匝数和长度进行了仿真分析。仿真结果对LVDT的设计制造提供了参考依据,对LVDT的结构改良具有一定的指导作用。
Due to the popularity of industrial automation,the status of sensors has become increasingly prominent. LVDT is one of the common components of hydraulic systems. Due to the limitations of traditional design and manufacturing,it is impossible to design and manufacture high-sensitivity sensors in a short time. The appearance of electromagnetic simulation software Maxwell has solved this problem very well. This paper simulates the number of turns and lengths of the primary and secondary coils that affect the LVDT sensor. The simulation results provide a reference for the design and manufacture of LVDT,and have a certain guiding role for the structural improvement of LVDT.
