摘要 随着大气污染物排放要求的日趋严格,电解烟气的治理成为行业内关注的焦点。为了实现电解烟气的“超低排放”,本文以某企业的改造工程为例,首先对当前污染物的排放进行分析,确定合理的改造方案;其次对电解烟气脱硫除尘降氟的原理,工艺系统组成等进行论述;最后对污染物减排量进行分析,确保污染物的排放总量满足要求。 With the increasingly stringent emission requirements of atmospheric pollutants, the treatment of electrolytic flue gas has become the focus of attention in the industry. In order to achieve "ultra-low emission" of electrolytic flue gas, this paper takes the transformation project of an enterprise as an example, firstly, the current pollutant emissions are analyzed to determine a reasonable transformation plan;secondly, the principle of desulfurization, dust removal and fluoride reduction of electrolytic flue gas and the composition of the process system are discussed;finally, the pollutant emission reduction is analyzed to ensure that the total amount of pollutants discharge meets the requirements.
