摘要
铝是一种重要的金属元素,在目前的材料生产于工业制造中有着重要的地位,所以稳定铝的生产十分必要。从铝的具体生产来看,其主要利用的是电解这种方式。为了实现铝生产的效率提升,电解铝厂在生产实践中积极的进行先进技术和设备的引进,由此实现了铝生产的自动化。从目前的电解铝厂具体工作来看,自控设备起着重要的作用,其对生产的效率与安全有重要影响,而且在生产中,自控设备会受到其他方面的干扰而出现控制紊乱,这对于铝的效率化、质量化生产时十分不利的。基于此,文章就电解铝厂自动设备利用中的常见电磁干扰等进行分析,并就干扰的解决方式做讨论,旨在为实践提供帮助和指导。
Aluminum is an important metal element, which plays an important role in the current material production in industrial manufacturing, so it is necessary to stabilize the production of aluminium. From the specific production of aluminium, its main use is electrolysis. In order to improve the efficiency of aluminium production, electrolytic aluminium plants actively introduce advanced technology and equipment in production practice, thus realizing the automation of aluminium production.Moreover, in production, the automatic control equipment will be disturbed by other aspects and appear control disorder, which is very unfavorable for the efficiency and quality of aluminium production. Based on this, this paper analyses the common electromagnetic interference in the use of automatic equipment in electrolytic aluminium plant, and discusses the solutions to the interference, aiming at providing help and guidance for practice.
