阳极板双型浇铸系统适用性改造

Applicability Improvement of Anode Plate Double Casting System

本文主要研究双圆盘阳极板双型浇铸改造。使用一套双圆盘、提取机、水槽系统实现2种以上尺寸、重量阳极板浇铸。通过简单改造,不需要再现有设备基础上做太大改动,即可实现不同尺寸阳极板的浇铸,投入少、周期短。利用双圆盘生产间隙,就能够随时进行不同尺寸、重量阳极板的浇铸切换,不会影响生产运行。

This paper mainly studies the transformation of double-disk anode plate by double-die casting. A set of double discs, extractor and flume system is used to cast more than two kinds of size and weight anode plates. Through simple modification, the casting of different size anode plates can be realized without too much modification on the basis of reproducing existing equipment, with less investment and short cycle. By using the production gap of double discs, the casting of anode plates with different sizes and weights can be switched at any time without affecting the production operation.
