摘要
金属材料热处理是金属加工生产中的一个工艺环节,在对金属材料进行热处理时,金属材料经过热处理后残留的应力有时会影响到金属材料的原始形状,这也就是金属材料热处理变形问题,如何控制金属材料的应力,在减少应力对金属材料的负面影响基础上,提高金属材料性能,是生产企业需要重点研究的问题。本文就是对金属材料热处理变形的影响因素做出的分析,并且针对这些影响因素提出一些相应的控制策略,以供参考。
Heat treatment of metal materials is a process link in metal processing and production. When heat treatment of metal materials, the residual stress of metal materials after heat treatment sometimes affects the original shape of metal materials, which is also the problem of heat treatment deformation of metal materials. How to control the stress of metal materials, on the basis of reducing the negative impact of stress on metal materials? Improving the performance of metal materials is a key issue for production enterprises. In this paper, the influence factors of heat treatment deformation of metal materials are analyzed, and some corresponding control strategies are put forward for reference.
