摘要
某低品位钨矿WO3含量为0.25%,以白钨矿为主,含钙类脉石矿物含量高,选别难度大。针对该矿石的性质特点,采用常温粗选—加温精选的工艺流程,最终闭路试验获得WO3含量为55.17%,回收率为83.96%的钨精矿,实现了白钨资源的高效回收。
A low-grade tungsten ore has a WO3 content of 0.25%, mainly scheelite, and a high content of calciumcontaining gangue minerals, making it difficult to select. According to the properties and characteristics of the ore, the tungsten concentrate with a WO3 content of 55.17% and a recovery rate of 83.96% was obtained through closed-circuit test by adopting the process flow of room temperature roughing and heating concentration, realizing the efficient recovery of scheelite resources.
