摘要
在很多矿山当中,由于尾矿囤积以及废石残留等现象,导致矿山周围的土壤存在严重的重金属污染现象,为了解决此类问题提出矿山重金属污染生物修复方法。首先配置植物-微生物浸出液,将其使用在矿山土壤当中,通过植物生物稳定挥发、微生物溶解重金属和重金属生物固定三个步骤,实现生物修复。通过实验分析,发现设计出的生物修复方法比传统的物理化学修复方法的重金属去除率高高10.75%,因此该生物修复方法具有更高的修复效果,在未来也可以应用到更多的领域当中。
In many mines, due to the phenomenon of tailings hoarding and waste rock residue, serious heavy metal pollution exists in the soil around the mine. In order to solve this problem, bioremediation methods of heavy metal pollution in mines are proposed. Firstly, plant-microbial leachate was disposed and used in mine soil. Bioremediation was realized through three steps: plant bio-stable volatilization, microbial dissolution of heavy metals and bio-fixation of heavy metals. Through experimental analysis, it is found that the designed bioremediation method has a 10.75% higher removal rate of heavy metals than the traditional physical and chemical remediation method. Therefore, the bioremediation method has a higher remediation effect and can be applied in more fields in the future.
