介绍T145/65R20 T型临时使用轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径690 mm,断面宽140 mm,行驶面宽度103 mm,行驶面弧度高6. 5 mm,胎圈着合直径512 mm,胎圈着合宽度127 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1. 03,花纹深度4. 0 mm,花纹饱和度74. 68%,花纹周节数42。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,带束层采用2+4×0. 22HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用尺寸稳定型聚酯浸胶帘布,采用二次法成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。

The design on T145/65R20 T-type passenger car radial tire for temporary usage was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 690 mm,cross?sectional width 140 mm,width of running surface 103 mm,arc height of running surface 6. 5 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,bead width at rim seat 127 mm,maximum width position of cross?section(H1/H2 ) 1. 03,pattern depth 4. 0 mm,block/total ratio 74. 68% and number of pattern pitches 42. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece tread,2+4×0. 22HT steel cord for belt,dimensionally stable polyester cord for carcass ply,and using two stage building machine to build tire and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance performance and high speed performance reached the requirements of corresponding design and national standards.
