漳州市电动汽车充电基础设施规划和布局的关键问题初探

Preliminary Study on Key Issues of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Planning and Layout in Zhangzhou City

为应对城市环境污染和能源供求矛盾问题,发展新能源汽车成为国际汽车产业的发展方向。充电基础设施专项规划科学合理的编制,是充电基础设施有序发展建设的基石。本文重点从充电基础设施的发展目标和策略、分类及配置标准、规模预测、布局规划、分期建设计划、规划实施保障措施等六个方面进行研究。最后,总结了本次规划工作,提出下一步可以深化研究的内容,完善充电基础设施规划的编制工作。

In order to deal with the contradiction between urban environmental pollution and energy supply and demand, the development of new energy vehicles has become the development direction of the international automobile industry. Scientific and reasonable compilation of special planning for charging infrastructure is the cornerstone of orderly development and construction of charging infrastructure. This paper focuses on the research of charging infrastructure from six aspects: development goals and strategies, classification and allocation standards, scale prediction, layout planning, phased construction plan, planning and implementation of security measures. At last, this paper summarizes the planning work, and proposes the next step that can deepen the research content and can improve the preparation of charging infrastructure planning.
