摘要
文中分别研究了水胶比、矿渣掺量对泡沫混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,结果表明:在矿渣掺量固定为70%的情况下,水胶比为0.6时,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度值最高;在水胶比固定为0.6的情况下,矿渣掺量为40%时,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度值最高。同时,通过扫描电镜(SEM)测试,分析了大掺量矿渣泡沫混凝土的泡孔微观结构特点及其形成的过程。
The effect of the ratio of water and slag on the compressive strength of the foam concrete is studied. The results show that the compressive strength of the foam concrete peaks with the ratio of water to binder 0.6 when the slag content is set at 70%,or with the slag content 40% when the the ratio of water to binder is 0.6. At the same time,the micro-structural characteristics and the formation process of the large-volume slag-foam concrete were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
