摘要
本文在室内试验基础上,以厦门天圆大桥承台钢筋混凝土构件为应用实例,采用牺牲阳极保护法,通过牺牲阳极块的锌合金不断溶解消耗,向天圆大桥承台提供保护电流,使承台钢筋混凝土构件得到保护。验证了本方法在跨海桥梁钢筋混凝土构件防腐中的有效性,施工工艺简单、防腐效果稳定、后期维护方便、经济适用,可为同类工程项目提供良好的借鉴。
On the basis of laboratory tests and taking the reinforced concrete members of Xiamen Tianyuan Bridge cap as an example, this paper adopts sacrificial anode protection method to protect the concrete members of the caps of sea-crossing bridges, which provides protection current to the cap by continuously dissolving and consuming zinc alloy of sacrificial anode blocks. The paper verifies the effectiveness of this method in anti-corrosion of reinforced concrete members of sea-crossing bridges, and shows that it is economical and applicable for its simple construction technology, stable anti-corrosion effect and convenient maintenance, providing a good reference for similar projects.
