摘要
采用理论分析,探讨了涂层粒子厚度与粒子大小对防刺性的影响。同时,通过实验制备了硬质粒子与聚丙烯酸酯涂层织物,讨论了不同加工工艺对防刺性能的影响。通过分析发现,涂层厚度h与粒子半径r的比值越大,织物的防刺性越好。实验结果表明,粒子粒径为5μm,涂层厚度为100μm,涂层温度为64℃,颗粒与粘结剂比为2:3时,织物的防刺性能最好。
Based on theoretical analysis, the effects of coating particle thickness and particle size on the stab resistance were discussed. Hard particle and polyacrylate coated fabric was prepared to discuss the effects of different processing techniques on the stab resistance. It was found that the stab resistance of the fabric was better when the ratio of coating thickness h to particle radius r was larger. And when particle size was 5 micron, coating thickness was 100 micron, coating temperature was 64℃ and particle and binder ratio reached 2:3, the stab resistance of the fabric was best.
