Design and Production Practice of Yarn-Dyed Warp Tubular Fabric

探讨色织经向管状织物的设计与生产实践,介绍了单轴织制管状织物时的生产要点,认为通过工艺优化,整经时增大管经的张力,织造时工艺采用短梭口、中后梁、早开口、晚引纬等工艺,可以减少两种经纱经织缩的差异对织造的影响。

Design and production practice of yarn-dyed warp tubular fabric were discussed, the production key points of single shaft weaving tubular fabric were introduced. The results showed that by optimizing the process, the tension increased when warping, the processing such as short shed, middle back beam, early opening, late weft insertion was adopted when weaving, the influence of the differences of the two warp systems on weaving could be reduced.
