Design and Development of Bed Sheet Imitating the Old Coarse Cloth Style

通过了解床单类纺织品的分类及功能要求,分析了老粗布床单织物的特点、设计原则等,确定了所设计织物的原料、纱线及组织结构的选用,并采用合适的织造参数、上机工艺来设计开发出外观特征、织物性能与老粗布风格类似且性能更优的床单面料,并对设计织物进行小样试织,最后检测样品以及设计织物的耐磨性、沾水性、抗皱性、摩擦性等一系列性能,并对其进行表征。

By understanding the classification and functional requirements of the bed sheet textile, the characteristics and design principles of old coarse cloth sheet were analyzed. The selection of the raw materials, yarns and structure of the designed fabric was determined, and the appropriate weaving parameters and the machine- based process were adopted to design and develop the sheet fabric with similar appearance characteristics and fabric performance of the old coarse cloth style and better performance. The trial weaving for the designed fabric was made and the sample was tested, and a series of properties such as abrasion resistance, water repellency, wrinkle resistance and friction of the sample were designed and characterized.
