摘要
针对具有连续纤维目标的纤维图像在拼接过程中产生的拼接缝隙,采用渐入渐出法进行融合,以消除因为光照差异等原因造成的拼接缝隙。在已有算法的基础上,对其在纺织领域应用的广泛性进行验证。分别对天然纤维中的棉纤维图像、化学纤维中的涤纶图像以及非织造材料图像进行拼接,并且对拼接效果进行评价。
For the stitching gaps generated in the stitching process of fiber images with continuous fiber targets , the gradual entry and gradual exit method was adopted for fusion to eliminate the stitching gaps caused by the differences in illumination and other reasons. Based on the existing algorithms, its wide application in textile field was verified. The images of cotton fiber in natural fibers, the images of polyester in chemical fibers and the images of nonwoven materials were stitched and the stitching effects were evaluated.
