摘要 为了降低浸润剂对织物改性效果的影响,采用溶剂浸泡法和超声处理去除纤维表面的浸润剂,以织物浸润剂去除率和纤维拉伸断裂强度为目标,优化玻璃纤维织物表面溶剂处理浓度和时间。对E-玻璃纤维表面处理前后的状态变化及其拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明:织物失重率为0.21%,浸润剂去除率达到40.21%。为了使织物表面浸润剂去除率大,且纤维断裂强度保持较高水平,织物在10%浓度溶剂中浸泡24h,超声处理30min效果最佳。 In order to reduce the effect of the sizing agent on the fabric modification effect, the solvent soaking method and ultrasonic treatment were adopted to remove the sizing agent on the fiber surface, and the removal rate of the sizing agent and the tensile fracture strength of the fiber was established as the objectives to optimize the concentration and time of the solvent treatment on the surface of the glass fiber fabric.The state changes and tensile properties of e-glass fiber before and after surface treatment were studied. The results showed that the weight loss rate of the fabric was 0.21% and the removal rate of the sizing agent was 40.21%. In order to improve the removal rate of the fabric surface sizing agent and keep the fiber fracture strength at a high level, the optimal process was to soak the fabric in a solvent of 10% concentration for 24h and treat with ultrasonic treatment for 30min.
