摘要
在快速老龄化的中国,老年人口数量急剧增长,其中患老年病、慢性病及失能的人群不在少数,给个人、家庭和社会带来了沉重负担。寻找有效的抗衰老方法对增进国民健康,缓解社会压力具有重大意义。该文对我国老龄化的严峻趋势及其危害、饮食与抗衰老的关系、饮食抗衰老的流行病学及其作用机制的研究进展进行综述,旨在探索科学健康的饮食方式,从而达到预防老年性疾病、延缓衰老,实现健康老龄化。
In China,the aging population is growing rapidly,and many older people suffer from geriatric diseases,chronic diseases and disabilities,which bring a heavy burden to individuals,families and society.It is of great significance to find effective anti-aging methods to improve national health and to alleviate social pressure.This article reviews the serious trends and harms of aging in China,as well as the relationship between diet and anti-aging and the current research progress in epidemiology and molecular mechanisms for anti-aging by diet.It aims to explore scientific and healthy diets for preventing senile diseases,delaying aging and achieving healthy aging.
