他达拉非联合生精胶囊对勃起功能障碍患者EHS勃起硬度评分及阴茎血流速度的影响

Effects of tadalafil combined with Shengjing capsule on the erection hardness score and penile blood flow velocity in patients with erectile dysfunction

目的观察他达拉非联合生精胶囊对勃起功能障碍(ED)患者EHS勃起硬度评分及阴茎血流速度的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2017年3月解放军第一七四医院诊治的96例ED患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为他达拉非+生精胶囊组(研究组)和生精胶囊组(对照组),每组48例患者。于治疗前(T1)和治疗1个月后(T2)分别评估两组患者性功能[勃起硬度评分(EHS)、国际勃起功能评分表(IIEF-5)]、性生活质量[性生活日志(SEP)]和中医症状(头晕耳鸣、阳痿不举、情志抑郁、腰膝酸软),检测阴茎血流动力学参数[舒张末期流速(EDV)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)]水平;观察1个月内不良反应发生情况。结果 T2时,两组患者EHS及IIEF-5评分、SEP2及SEP3完成例数、EDV和RI水平均比T1时升高,且研究组患者大于对照组患者(均P<0.05);PSV水平均比T1时降低,且研究组患者小于对照组患者(均P<0.05);研究组患者中医症状积分、对照组阳痿不举积分均比T1时降低,且研究组患者低于对照组患者(均P<0.05);对照组患者头晕耳鸣、情志抑郁、腰膝酸软症状积分治疗前后比较,其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组患者不良反应率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他达拉非联合生精胶囊可以增强ED患者性功能,改善其中医症状和阴茎血流状态,安全性良好,对提高ED患者性生活质量有一定帮助。

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of tadalafil combined with Shengjing capsule on the erection hardness score (EHS) and penile blood flow velocity in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods96 ED patients in the 174 Hospital of People′s Liberation Army from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the tadalafil and Shengjing capsule group (the study group, n=48) and the Shengjing capsule group (the control group, n=48). The sexual function [EHS, international index of erectile function (IIEF-5)], the quality of sexual life [sex log (SEP)] and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms (dizziness and tinnitus, impotence, emotional depression, soreness and weakness of waist and knees) were assessed before treatment (T1) and after a month of treatment (T2) in the two groups. The penis hemodynamic parameters levels [end diastolic velocity (EDV), peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI)] were detected, and the occurrence of adverse reactions within a month was observed. ResultsAt T2, the scores of EHS and IIEF-5, the number of SEP2 and SEP3 completed cases, and the levels of EDV and RI in the two groups were significantly higher than those at T1, and the indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05), and the PSV level was lower than that at T1, and the level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (all P<0.05). The TCM symptoms score in the study group and the impotence score in the control group were decreased compared with those at T1, and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of dizziness and tinnitus, emotional depression and soreness and weakness of waist and knees in the control group between before and after treatment (all P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions rate between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionsTadalafil combined with Shengjing capsule can enhance the sexual function of ED patients, and improve their TCM symptoms and penile blood flow state with good safety, which is conductive to improving the quality of sexual life.
