采用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of LEEP in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis

目的探讨采用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果及安全性。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月海宁市中心医院诊治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法将其分为利普刀治疗组(n=30)和微波治疗组(n=30),对两组患者的临床疗效、手术相关指标进行统计分析。结果利普刀治疗组患者治疗的总有效率96.7%(29/30),显著高于微波治疗组患者的73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05);其手术时间、术后阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于微波治疗组患者(P<0.05);其术中出血量显著少于微波治疗组患者(P<0.05);两组患者均没有发生严重并发症。结论采用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的效果及安全性高于微波治疗,同时还能够更加有效地缩短患者的手术时间、术后阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间,减少患者的术中出血量,值得在临床中推广应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP) in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods60 patients with chronic cervicitis treated from May 2015 to May 2017 in the Central Hospital of Haining were randomly selected and divided into LEEP treatment group (n=30) and microwave treatment group (n=30) according to the treatment methods received. The clinical curative effects, surgery related indicators of the two groups were statistically analyzed. ResultsThe total efficiency of the LEEP treatment group (96.7%, 29/30) was significantly higher than that of the microwave treatment group (73.3%, 22/30)(P<0.05). The operation time, postoperative vaginal discharge time and wound healing time in the LEEP treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the microwave treatment group (P<0.05). The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the LEEP group was less than that of the microwave treatment group (P<0.05). There were no serious complications in the two groups. ConclusionsThe efficacy and safety of LEEP in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis is higher than microwave treatment, which can effectively shorten the operation time, postoperative vaginal discharge time and wound healing time and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, hereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
