摘要
在研究国内工程造价信息服务现状的基础上,探讨如何应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术实现工程全生命周期各个阶段的造价信息管理,建立有效的信息采集机制,进而构建基于BIM平台的全生命周期工程造价信息服务体系,并分析了体系构建的流程。
On the basis of studying the status of domestic engineering cost information service, this paper discussed how to apply BIM technology to realize cost information management at all stages of the whole life cycle of engineering , establish an effective information collection mechanism, and then construct a life-cycle cost information service system.Finally, the process of system construction was analyzed.
