中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征及其意义——兼论中国特色社会主义之制度自信

The Essential Characteristics and Significance of Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics——On Institutional Confidence of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

习近平总书记强调:"实现伟大梦想,必须推进伟大事业。全党要更加自觉地增强道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,既不走封闭僵化的老路,也不走改旗易帜的邪路。"其中,封闭僵化老路的主体指的是"苏联模式"社会主义道路,改旗易帜的邪路指的是民主社会主义道路。本文概括并分析了中国特色社会主义制度、"苏联模式"的社会主义制度、民主社会主义制度的本质特征,认为"一元多样"的中国特色社会主义制度是对"一元排斥多样"的"苏联模式"的社会主义制度和"多元化"的民主社会主义制度的"扬弃",由于中国特色社会主义制度具有"一元多样"的本质特征,使中国社会以及各个子系统稳步发展,并且将会取得更大的成就,由此,进一步加强我们对中国特色社会主义的制度自信。

General secretary Xi Jinping stressed:"to realize the great dream,must advance the great cause.The whole Party should enhance its road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence more consciously,neither taking the old closed and rigid road nor taking the evil road of changing its flag.Among them,the main body of the closed and rigid old road refers to the socialist road of the "Soviet model",and the evil road of changing flags refers to the road of democratic socialism.This paper summarizes and analyses the essential characteristics of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the socialist system of the "Soviet Union Model" and the Democratic Socialist system.It holds the opinion that the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is a "sublation" of the socialist system of the "Soviet Union Model" and the democratic socialist system of the "pluralism".The system of color socialism has the essential characteristics of "unity and diversity",which makes the Chinese society and its subsystems develop steadily and will achieve greater achievements.Thus,we can further strengthen our institutional confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics.
