摘要
以钻探设备的自动排放技术为基础,针对1 500~2 000 m全液压动力钻头钻机进行了自动排放系统的设计,主要包括钻杆存储装置、钻杆推动装置和钻杆传送装置的设计,并对主要其受力部件主梁进行了受力仿真。仿真结果显示:主梁在受到外力时,其受力最大点发生在了加强约束位置,且应力集中部位面积小;并且在受到外力时,主梁的最大位移均在设计规范允许的合理数值之内。表明对主梁的设计满足设计要求。
Based on the automatic discharge technology of drilling equipment,the design of automatic discharge system for 1 500 m 2 000 m full hydraulic power bit drilling rig is carried out,mainly including the design of drill pipe storage device,drill pipe drive device and drill pipe transmission device,The force simulation of the main beam of the main force component is carried out. The simulation results show that when the main beam is subjected to external force,the maximum point of force occurs in the position of strengthening restraint and the area of stress concentration is small,and the maximum displacement of the main beam is within the reasonable value allowed by the design code when subjected to external force. It shows that the design of the main beam meets the design requirements.
