摘要 为了高效回收利用煤矿空压机在运行过程中产生的热能,针对原回收利用工艺存在的余热回收效率低与回收热源不稳定的问题,进一步对空压机的工作原理、余热回收原理进行了介绍,分析了空压机余热回收系统设计理念。分析认为,空压机余热回收原理及系统设计有效降低了空压机运行温度,对煤矿节能降耗、环境保护等工作具有极其重要的意义。 In order to efficiently recycle and utilize the thermal energy produced by the coal mine air compressor during operation,aiming at the problems of low efficiency of waste heat recovery and instability of the recovery heat source existing in the original recovery and utilization process,the working principle of the air compressor is further investigated. The principle of waste heat recovery is introduced,and the design concept of waste heat recovery system of air compressor is analyzed. It is considered that the principle of waste heat recovery and system design of air compressor can effectively reduce the operating temperature of air compressor,which is of great significance to energy saving and consumption reduction in coal mine and environmental protection.
