摘要
为解决零件内花键M值不稳定的问题,对影响内花键M值的因素进行分析确认,采取相应措施并进行了试验。结果显示采取措施后,提高了内花键M值稳定性,零件内花键M值成品合格率在98%以上,降低了因M值不合格造成的产品废损。
In order to solve the problem of unstable M value of internal spline of parts,the factors affecting M value of inner spline are analyzed and confirmed,and the stability of M value of inner spline is improved by taking corresponding measures. The qualified rate of finished product with M value of internal spline is more than 98%, which reduces the waste loss caused by the failure of M value.
