摘要
通过将电液比例调节阀引入到调高控制系统,采用AMESim仿真分析软件建立了调高控制系统电液比例控制模型,对其工作特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明该电液比例调高控制系统具有调节速度快、控制精度高、稳定性好的优点,极大地提升了采煤机调高控制系统工作的可靠性和稳定性。
The electro-hydraulic proportional control model is established by introducing the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve into the height adjustment control system,and the working characteristics of the system are simulated and analyzed by using AMESim simulation and analysis software. The results show that the electro-hydraulic proportional height control system has the advantages of fast adjustment speed,high control precision and good stability,which greatly improves the reliability and stability of the coal winning machine height adjustment control system.
